It wasn’t like it was a bad-sounding one or made fun of her in any way. “Scourgify!” she echoed, taking aim again at her previous spot, cleaning up the rest of the peas and corn that she had missed in the first go. Now it was in even better condition.

She nodded at the further instructions. “Got it,” she confirmed, remembering what she had originally been told. “Kitridge had said that.” For the man’s sake, she personally hoped she didn’t find any in that condition. The head of house already seemed so upset and bothered about the mess in general.

“Scourgify!” she cast again, this time cleaning up some spinach. Another less mess and a clear book or two. “Scourgify…” something the Ravenclaw couldn’t quite identify in the swirl of stiff.
