Kitty was on a mission. She was looking for the residence of Professor Black (a.k.a. the Hag) and she knew it was outside. Unfortunately she was lost. She knew how to get back to the Castle and she had walked these pathways before, but she did not know where Professor Black was living. She could be anywhere in the grounds - even the Forbidden Forest. Of course if she was in the Forbidden Forest then there was no way Kitty would follow her there. But hopefully she wasn't.
Kitty sighed and sat down on the ground, deciding to take a small break to look at herself in the mirror. Her black lipstick and pale face make up had began to wear off, so she took out her small purse and began applying it. Thankfully her long black hair was still combed, so she didn't have to worry about that.
Oh, how Garreth loved to explore. For the last couple of days, he'd wandered the halls of the castle for most of his free time, and now that he was beginning to become familiar with the layout of the school, it was time to get lost in the grounds outside it. He'd found his way to a small pathway leading through the woods, and had begun to feel lost. Of course, he wasn't afraid of
truly losing his way out here. This was Hogwarts, and he hadn't felt so safe in years. Getting lost here was all the thrill of adventure without any of the danger.
He'd been walking for a while though, and had begun to feel tired at this point. His eyes scanned the path ahead of him for a bench, but found no such ting. He glanced over his shoulder and was equally disappointed. What he DID see there, however was a girl sitting all by herself. Normally, he would never dare to walk up to a stranger and strike up a conversation, but his recent experiences with getting to know people at Hogwarts inspired him to walk over and sit down next to the girl.
"Hey there." he smiled.
"I'm Garreth."
