For now, he was trying to find a good place to start but instead he'd walked all the way to the wooden bridge. Might as well rest while he's here. Ollie stopped and leaned over the edge and look out at the water.
So Brian was done with his now-usual morning run, a little later than he normally did, but it couldn't be helped since he waited for Ollie for a solid fifteen minutes before figuring that he didn't wake up. So he wa sdoing the walking thing that people were supposed to do after running to get their heartbeat down to a human and healthy speed. Yeah. Walking. At normal speeds. Not running. Though his heart was racing like a rabbit that heard a shotgun. And he looked more like he was going to die than anything else.
He'd only been at this for a week, okay. Exercise takes getting used to. At least he was breathing better and more effectively and all that. Increased lung capacity. And so he was on the bridge. And there was a person there.
Maybe he'd approach.
But he looked like death.
He approached anyway, but instead of getting a "hi" out first, he kinda just flopped against the railing, looking down into the water. And only about two minutes later did he get a
"heeeey." out. It was quite the afterthought. But Brian wasn't a fan of being rude so it would have to do.
