"Yes, I've had him for quite a few years now," she confirmed with a nod of her head. Her scaly friend was around seven years old now.
She smiled. "It would appear so seeing as I'm sitting right here and I don't believe I happen to be lost at this very moment in time." She was teasing the younger girl of course. "Very much. Up until about two terms ago I always had a flower in my hair. Roses are one of my favorites too, those and tiger-lilies." Hmm making a wreath of flowers to fit on her head was interesting. She hadn't done that since she was maybe six. "Sounds like fun. Maybe we can collect some flowers one of these days and do that together. I can teach you a charm to keep them alive as well." Cause really who wanted dead flowers in their hair?
It was quite obvious that Hady liked dogs too. It seemed her and this girl had a lot in common in terms of likes. This pleased Rachel but she couldn't help being in awe of her as well. A snake, people, a snake. Wow. "Blimey! That's impressive. I would be afraid of going close to a real one though not as much as I am of spider.'' She shuddered.
Rachel giggled. "I suppose not. Don't go getting lost though. You're too much of a nice person to go missing.'' Yes, it would seem these two had quite a bit in common. "Is there any particular reason you stopped wearing them?'' The eleven year old's face brightened up. "I would love to. Really? There's a spell that can do that? Please show me sometime, Hady.'' |
