"It's a good thing," He assured her, no hint of doubt in his tone. "It doesn't mean that it's any less important or anything. You just... get used to it. You start looking forward to seeing them instead of moping. I would know- I did my share of moping. It'll be good, Kaycee. It's just... it's just hard for a little bit before it gets a bit better." That was encouraging. What a great pep talk.
