Oh, if only Roderik could read minds, especially the mind of the next young student that happened to knock on his door. Criminal was an amusing thought and frankly, if he heard the girl say it to him, he'd only add fuel to the fire more for his own amusement. Teachers had to have their fun times, after all.

But as it was, he couldn't read minds. What he could read were the lesson notes he'd made, even if they were in a really messy half-English, half-German scrawl. The man hadn't even managed to place the cup of coffee to his lips when the knock came. Using this as an excuse to, well, do nothing, Roderik sat back in his seat and called, "Come in!"

And a sip of the coffee was taken. Pure and utter bliss.
