Kameron hadn't really expected an honest answer, so he tried to keep the surprise off his face when Kaycee replied. He nodded. Nudging her knee gently, he offered her a small smile. "Have you seen your friends yet?"

He shrugged in response to her question. "I'm fine." He leaned back in the chair again, getting comfortable. "I missed this place. So it's good to be back. I miss being home though, too, so that kinda sucks." It wasn't really bad as a whole. He couldn't complain too much.
