Of everyone single person the brunette could have slammed into just then did it have to be him. It couldn't be Zeke or Adi or even Maggie? Heck she would have gladly banged into a Professor right then to save herself the embarrassment of it having been Frankie.
Yeah she liked the boy. Quite a few of her friends knew that she did. The boy in question didn't though and after that horrible train wreck of a Valentine's Day he probably never would. Only nothing was going to change and she was stood there apologizing like an idiot. A frenzy cold idiot nonetheless.
Hady pushed a lock of stray hair off her red cheeks with a gloved hand as she somewhat met Frankie's gaze with her own. She hadn't meant to slam into him...again. Just as she had in the corridor when they met. Awkward then and awkward now. Why wasn't he saying anything? Just looking at her didn't help... stop looking at her...
Looking away and into the greenhouse she mumbled another quiet 'sorry'. His comment of 'Uhh' really hadn't said much.
