Quietly she made her way up and down the aisles. She supposed that it made more sense to ask Mr. Kitridge where they were located, but she had no idea where he was and didn't want to disturb him at the moment anyway.

He wasn't exactly being quiet. Esme frowned as she turned to the next aisle and spotted him harassing the librarian and a few students. So THAT was where he had been. Trying her best to be silent, she retreated back into the previous aisle. There was no way that she wanted to be caught in the cross-hairs.
