The look Maggie gave him clearly said that. PUH-LEASE. He was being ridiculous. Big time. So why were her lips curled into an amused smirk? She didn't know but right now she didn't care either. This was probably the weirdest way to start a school year ever.

"Zeke? Shut up." She leaned up and caught his lips with her own before he had the chance to protest. Or go on about how awesome he was. This was starting to be too much about him somehow. Like, rude. His ego wasn't allowed to be bigger than her own. "Don't make me regret this." Maggie added with a small smirk, speaking against his lips.

Not that she, like, had any say in this really but you know.
