By signing this form, I, Zeke Browne, understand the responsibility and trust that comes along with being a Creature Companion. I recognize that I must treat all the creatures with care and uphold all school rules whilst in their presence. If anything goes wrong I will take full responsibility for my actions and I will notify Professor Draper immediately.
