well some might but for the most part, parents have TABS on their wizarding kids and know what they're up to. Even without direct correspondence from the professors
I just asked Kath about it because if they did find out, it'd have to come by correspondence from Flamsteed (as I don't think Marilyn has any people she regularly associates with on staff to drop this bomb). She might change that, of course, just so she CAN keep tabs. Carter could, too, due to his position...but with all the Hag stuff, not sure he'd really be concerned about a
