This girl had on a paper hat, and it had Bastien perplexed. Was this a thing that Hogwarts did, or just gryffindor? He glanced around at all the kids around him and decided it had to be a gryffindor thing.

He examined her (and her hats) for a moment before nodding his head. "Sure. Can you make one for my sister as well? She's also a Slytherin." No way he could return to his table without having a hat made for her.

No point in introducing himself, Char had done that for him.

Her excitement had him grinning a little. She fit in with this whole easily excitable house. "I'm not worried about getting fat, Char. I'm the fittest person here." All those miles he ran in the morning and his daily workouts kept him in top shape. "You need to come and see me because dungeons sound much cooler than a tower."

And then the speech was happening an there was food and Char DID want to eat it but also she was instantly caught up in things and therefore smooshed BOTH HANDS INTO A BOWL OF TOMATO SOUP AND FLUNG HANDFULS AROUND LIKE CRAZY, especially at that yelling boy (Yoongi) because he was yelling and because Blaise was targeting him and Char DIDN'T actually know who he was but he was OBVIOUSLY a party pooper so HAVE SOME TOMATO SAUCE, BIG PARTY POOPER!

She jumped up on the bench seat and roared.

Zander Adair would be SO proud of her!

There was a ghost at their table, and a speech was given that put food on their empty plates, which was nice, except for the fact that some lunatic decided now was the time to have a food fight.

Didn't Chloe warn him about this?

He probably should have taken her more serious, considering he was sitting beside his cousin and her housemates who were ALL into wasting food.

Soup got flung on him, and he pulled a face, wiping a bit of it off his face.

Bast would just put up a shield and then he would be....
