The newly sorted Slytherin was curious to meet all of his new housemates, and excited to be in the same one with Rula (that was gonna be awesome), but he had the rest of the night to be with them. He only had a little while longer to go and find his cousins and sister.

Naturally, ladies came first. So he sought out Sharky at the Gryffindor table. It was so obvious which house was hers because one, everyone over here seemed to share her level of overt excitement, and two her name was being shouted out left and right.

No surprise, his cousin was popular.

"YAY GO BAST!" The second year hollered and clapped for her cousin for long enough that she soon had to sit on her hands or else she'd be clapping non stop probably! She sat there on her hands and stamped her feet instead of applauding, unable to sit still for eagerness.

Whew. WHEW. OK. NEXT!!!!!

"Silly old hat thought he was gonna put me in any ol' house.." Not this Toussaint. He had plans. Bast took a seat beside his cousin, and took in the others at he table. Some where actually speaking to her, so he inclined his head at them but otherwise didn't engage. He had a sister to pick a house and a cousin.

But that didn't mean he couldn't talk to her. "Where do you think the others will get sorted?" Or the better question of where did they want to go, because that's all that had mattered with Bastien. "How close are our common rooms? You have to visit mine lots."
