Thomas smirked at Spencer dang he was very respectable. Oh and very perceptive the kid had already taken notice that Arista was his. Though it wasn't hard to see seeing as he instantly brightened when the girl made an appearance and she did kiss him on the cheek all though he would have preferred if it was on his lips but oh well at least it was his cheek. He chuckled at his Arista who currently still had her arms wrapped around Hope, he wondered how Hope wasn't dieing from Arista's tight death grip on the girl. "Yeap way to late for me I have already met some people." The boy joked back at Hope. "Off you go Arista." He winked at his girlfriend. He loved joking around with Arista, he was thankful that she always knew that it was a joke and when she wasn't sure she made sure it was known.

"Yes hun, Gryffindor is the best. But we are both only saying that cause we both are Gryffindors. I like Slytherin because my older brother Rayne is in that house and he loves it. I heard Huffflepuff is always a party. As for Ravenclaw well it's never boring." He gave a small jump as he felt Arista's finger jab him in the side, he sent her a playful glare and went back to looking at the first years.

Back to Spencer's question now he hadn't forgotten he was just busy joking with Hope, as he was opening his mouth, the beautiful redhead next to him started speaking. His face blanked at the mention of the circumstances. Sigh his mother was a piece of work. "But we were together at the beginning and end of that year it was just some months that I was being a jerk in." His biggest regret right there, but he sure was happy Arista forgave him of his stupidity. He wrapped his arm around her waist and waited for her to do the same, this was how he liked to stand, the whole hand holding made his hand sweat and he despised that.

"You can probably bake in the Kitchens down near Hufflepuff, I'm sure Arista would like to help you but be warned Arista is quite the pranker so there might be something else added to those cookies or brownies" He said grimacing at the puking pansy he had gotten drugged into trying...She smuggled it into a brownie...Said it was caramel. It was two days after they had met. That was when he knew he was sold. He was glad to see that Hope had gotten her stuff back into her bag mostly thank to Spencer and herself, Thomas had stopped helping once he realized they were having a moment.

Before he knew it a cookie was being shoved in his mouth and Arista was out of his arms. Whaaaaatt.. It took a quarter of a minute before he had scarfed the cookie down and was trying to get Arista back over to him..."Arista!!" What was he going to do with her?!

Hope was all smiles and she watched the interaction between Arista and Thomas. They were so cute together. And she could really see the chemistry between them. She leaned into Spence as she held his hand.

"Oh I have no doubt that Hogwarts is going to be great! I want to be in Gryffindor so bad. It seems that everyone I meet that is older than me is in Gryffindor. I'd love it there! I'd also have all of you with me!! That's of course if I get into Gryffindor and if Spence does too." She smiled at them.

"Oh I hope that I can bake. I have been known to prank a time or two in my life. I.." Just as she was about to tell Thomas about another prank Arista had shoved the cookie she had given her into Thomas' mouth and was walking towards her shouting. It had caught Hope off guard so she went still for a second. Then realizing what she was shouting about Hope got a huge grin on her face.

"Yea, this is the Spence I was talking about. She laughed and looked at Spence innocently. "It was innocent. I promise. no bad mouthing about you at all!" She teased.
