Jace, while still admiring the stick in his hand as he stepped out of the shop bumped into someone. Some adult, definitely.

Paul was in Diagon...yet another day. Today he had come without Milton...the man had things he needed to get done back home at the vineyard. But Paul...he was happy to meander around the magical shops by himself. It was quite relaxing, and he needed a new quill, anyways. Something fancy, he decided. He would treat himself.
But...before he knew it, someone was running into him! A small person, so he assumed a younger person, and Paul chuckled a whooooooole lot at the young fellow..bowing left and right. Merlin! Must be a culture thing, Paul decided. He wasn't sure if he was supposed to bow back or not...so he chose to just nod his head at him.
"It...was equally my fault, I assure you. I was not paying attention either...daydreaming of Honeydukes and candy..." he said with a sigh, relaxing his shoulders.
"So please...it's really okay." And he patted the boy on the shoulder.
