Gosh it was cold.
Cold and snowy.
Hady felt the small tremble through her body as a cold icy breeze blew over her as she made her way towards that afternoons Herbology lesson. Tugging at her scarf a bit she managed to pull it up around her face just a more. Now normally the cold didn't even bother this snake in the least, in fact she LOVED the cold and was often found outside on the grounds in her hoodie, no coat or hat or anything. However that wasn't the case today.
The fourth year had spent more of her weekend hidden away in her dorm or in the library away from certain boys whom she wasn't ready to see. The whole situation just two days before was still firmly on her mind and she couldn't shake how angry and upset it made her feel even though she know understood what it was her friends had been trying to do after having a very long talk with Maggie about it all.
So it was with hands shoved deeply into the pockets of her coat, scarf up around her mouth and head down to keep the icy wind from biting at her cheek that she entered the greenhouse. Or so that was what was supposed to happen. Only it didn't. As it turned out Hady bumped into someone several inches taller then herself. "Sorry about that...I-it's just cold and-" she began to ramble an apology even before lifting her head. Hazel eyes meet those of the boy she bumped into and she instinctively stepped backwards dropping her gaze to the floor. Frankie. Of all people she had to just walk into him right? Thanks a lot luck.
Hady shifted to the side to let him by. She had known she couldn't avoid him forever but couldn't it have just been for a bit longer? Like until she had graduated.
