Noelle didn't even get a real goodbye. Julianna's grubby little hands were pulling at her Sabbie. Her eyes were fixed on Sabbie though. Her hands curled around her torso and she watched as Julianna tugged him away from her.

Noelle didn't even look away from Sabbie as Josè turned to tell Hope goodbye. She just had eyes for Sabbie. She was trying to memorize everything she could about him. She had a feeling this was it. This was the last time she would see her Sabbie.

Then they were walking away.

Noelle's face turned blank as she watched the three walk down the dirt driveway. Sabbie had just turned away from her. Just left. She studied his figure blankly as he walked away. She knew Sabbie well, so she knew this wasn't his regular demeanor. Her jaw clenched to keep from crying. She knew, he was hurting just as she was.

Noelle felt a hand on hers but didn't look away from the three figures that we're getting smaller and smaller. She was just stuck there. Frozen. She didn't want to move cause that would mean that she would have to go on without Sabbie and she didn't think she could do that.

They were gone now.

Their figures couldn't be seen anymore, but Noelle was stil staring at the spot she last saw Sabbie. Her face and body was still frozen. She wasn't moving. She wasn't ready. She wasn't ready to say......
