His eyebrow raised at the mention of Scout, he knew the woman was older, but was she old enough to be that forgetful? He knew that the Prophet seemed to be going down hill lately with Basil gone and the new person, what was her name, hardly ever around. Merlin he deserved to be running the place by now for all he was put through for them. He was their best report Tori coming in a close second he guessed. "Well I'll be having a few words with her then and give her some of the things I found interesting here today." Interesting on how they didn't seem to care to get the word out.
He half wondered if the minister was aware of the werewoman running freely around here, but honestly he deep down hoped she'd cause some destruction so he could have a fantastic story for the front cover one day. Hopefully a day Mariel was on vacation of course. "You all have a nice day." He smirked as she turned to Mariel.
As she took his hand and they casually headed out he stopped to observe a little more of what was going on around them. He had caught a bit of it uninterested, but something about the man made him a little more, "He isn't even usually like that is he?" Grabbing his notepad he jotted a few things down before fully leaving the area with his wife.
