He couldn't help but grin as he saw a very familiar face, "Miss Browne it is so nice to have you back." His words sounding a bit too sweet, possibly, but he couldn't help but enjoy the fact that she had come back to being the department head. "I think congratulations are in order with you very successful team lately." The raid in Knockturn Alley helped more then just her and those werewolves.

His eyes went to Harmony as she spoke and his smirk stayed on his face, really was it all women that were so defensive or just this lot? Thank Merlin his wife wasn't so sensitive that everything seemed to offend them. "After the raids in Knockturn Alley I thought this would be a good follow up story, but it seems it isn't truly wanted." He was being fully honest by the way he was being treated during this time. "I don't see where one simple question was being rude or giving bad vibes. I hadn't stepped over any lines by asking the question and have only defended myself after being talked to the way that I have by people that I thought were professionals. As for introducing myself I have been the ministry liaison for over a year now, so I didn't see introductions being needed, especially when I have a badge that says who I am." Yes he was glancing at the other two with this.

Looking towards the woman that was still going on about her stupid plant he just smiled more, "My story is about awareness and how we need more of it so that things like that raid do not happen again. At this point I wasn't caring about any plants, just the awareness that is going on here today and what they are doing in the next steps. Again is I have any questions for you later I know where your office is." He had been coming to the ministry with his job for sometime now he knew all the department heads office locations.

The familiar voice made his signature smirk turn into an actual smile as he turned to see Mariel. "Hello" He leaned in kissing her cheek before slipping a hand around her, his self writing quill was doing the work so he could be comfortable standing here. "She does make my point exactly on the awareness question I asked first and why my curiosity was there," but again judgmental women that seemed to have their own opinions before he could even talk to who he was there to talk to had gotten in the way and it was a pity, because he could easily forget this story and the ministry would just be boring as always with no good publicity. He couldn't help but be reminded why so many governmental places always looked back in the press, though it was always blamed on the press, but when they tried to do good this was the respect they received.

He couldn't help but take his hand off his wife and lean closer to the table near the woman that he was wanting to speak to, the most interesting one out of all of them. He could tell she was nervous, he was good at reading people. In a lower voice he spoke to her, "Thank you for answering that, but don't be ashamed or nervous about saying that. You are unique for that reason and it is something to embrace. Doing this for the good of others like yourself is nothing to be ashamed of, letting others make you feel like it isn't or answering for you when you are very capable of being a leader is." He pulled a card with his name on it and laid it on the table, "I'm done here because of your company, but if you want to get awareness out I will consider it if it's you or your Department Head I speak to." He would not be dealing with the others.

He pulled out of his pocket a small bag with a good amount of money in it, "This is from the Prophet for your event." No he had not come empty handed, but he did not take a button either. He knew his wife's bad experiences and even though he did support what they were doing he was not going to bring back horror images or thoughts in her head either. Turning back to Mariel he grabbed his quill and parchment. "I'm done here if you would like to go for lunch."
