"It's a visible show of support," Emmalee interjected, stepping up to the booth and answering the man's.. somewhat pointed question. She slid the appropriate amount of money across the table and held up two fingers.
One for her, and one for Iwin. The twins were too young for sharp buttons.
She picked up one of the pamphlets on the table and handed it to the reporter. "And the booth itself, fundraising, is reminding the people who come through this Atrium that we serve and support the needs of werewolves, regardless of what department we work in." She smiled at Tala, hoping that her interjection was alright.
Her attention was caught by Lynley, though, who was... giggling. That seemed terribly unlike the woman and Emmalee wasn't exactly sure how to take that. Puzzling over that conundrum for a moment, she kept her colleague in the corner of her eye as she turned her attention back to Tala.
"Thank you for all your work on this. It's important." And it was something she was more than happy to support. Indeed, she thought the little partnership her department and Creatures had dreamed up would be excellent, as well.
