Yes. Well, that was most definitely a patronus. Unless there was a spell for a look-alike that he wasn't aware of, and Valentine had been practicing non-verbals in her spare time. While not coporeal, it was most definitely a patronus, and his considering gaze turned to a rather proud one.

A proud expression which fell to confusion at her admittance. He blinked at the kid for a moment, and then chuckled. Really, he probably shouldn't have, but he couldn't help it. "The patronus is a very difficult spell to master. I wouldn't expect anyone here at Hogwarts to be able to get a coporeal patronus. The fact that some students did was impressive. The fact that you and others got even a non-coporeal patronus is beyond impressive."

Clapping Angel on the shoulder, he gave her a warm smile. "Don't try to get what I have. Just work on what you have. It will come. And only for you. Not because you are trying for anyone else."
