Not sure what he was going to find out there without a university degree, but hopefully there'd be a job out there waiting to be found. "An internship?" he repeated, the words tasting new in his mouth. He tilted his head, listening as Professor Flamsteed explained. "That actually sounds kind of fantastic, Admiral." Maybe an internship wouldn't be all that bad? His eyes opened a little wider, even, at Professor Flamsteed's last offer. The Gryffindor didn't ever see himself continuing much farther in Astronomy, in all honesty.... But it'd be a start. Especially if he couldn't find anywhere else to begin. At this point there wasn't really a right direction to be pushed in. A push was a push. And any push was a welcomed one.
Stroking his invisible beard - because the man absolutely seemed incapable of growing facial hair and his daily shave was more to give himself piece of mind that he was not scruffy - Airey pursed his lips and nodded his head as a few deep thoughts eluded him. With someone as open to suggestion as Mr. Adair was, the possibilities were absolutely endless.
"Off the record, I do believe that you are in line for one of those Ministry ones to start," he nodded. Completely off the record, of course. The Head of House really had little say into the matter other than to voice his own opinion. "So it would be a start, perhaps." He nodded his head a bit more as some of those elusive thoughts began to return to him. "Now that you mention it...there is a program that a colleague of mine from university told me about. Granted, it is just in its kickstarter days and relatively new, but it is a program geared towards young people like yourself in which you essentially intern around the globe, Portkey PASS. Four to twelve weeks in each location and you can renew after a year if you so desire. See the world while gaining all sorts of valuable life experiences."
Adventure of a lifetime, as it were. If the young man wanted hands on experience, this was certainly one fast track way of getting it. SPOILER!!: no worries ^^ Quote:

“She…uh is the Art Director at WHiM Magazine but that’s the thing, I want to do something that will be fulfilling to not only me and my life” she admitted and began to talk more honestly than she had in a while. Especially with a Professor. “It’s why I’ve been leaning toward going into education…because after being a Prefect, which again Thank you for that opportunity,” she smiled over to Professor Flamsteed.
“I was actually considering going to University for Wizarding Education…that or getting a job with th-the WCP” she admitted and grinned.
Education? Interesting.
Ironically the field that he had never pictured himself in especially as a seventh year. It had been rather thrust upon him due to injury, although opportunity may be coming knocking again soon for him, and he was not terribly disappointed with it being his departure from the space programme. However temporary that departure may turn out to be.
"Education certainly does have its rewards," he nodded. Although he really was not entirely convinced that Miss Grevyson was entirely set on that as she was bouncing around quite a bit in her response. "And the World Climate Programme certainly does stellar work as well."
How the two were connected, he was not sure. But still a stellar organization.
