She gave a small shrug and stopped to listen to Professor Tanner's next instructions before answering the Ravenclaw's question. The question she'd planned on asking definitely wasn't a big secret, but maybe a little embarrassing. Her silly OWL questions were probably old news for Tia, 'specially because she was a Ravenclaw and therefore automatically a supergenius. Or something like that, anyways. "I guess my question is, will I get an O's?" She had a little bit of faith that she'd pass at least SOMETHING, but who knew if she'd ever be good enough for an O. Or an E. Or anything. They were approaching MUCH too fast, which was really quite rude. "Should I be the first que..quere..quere-thing? 'Cause I've already told you my question?" Plus the whole cim circle thing didn't make a whole lot of sense. Norah smiled at Tia again, hoping it'd make up for how useless she was clearly being. Arithmancy was hard, okay? Apparently being good in hard classes wasn't part of her training as a Prefect. Norah was always so enthusiastic and positive, that it made Tia feel all warm and fuzzy. Plus, the girl was a Prefect, so she had to have some idea when it came to this stuff - or at least be able to figure it out. Not that Tia didn't know what she was doing; because she totally did, but it helped when the partner had some idea what was going on too.
Heh, Norah's question actually made Tia smile because she was pretty sure she would have asked the same thing one year ago. And though she hadn't done as well as she hoped, she was content with her scores. "Might as well. So uh, I think you're supposed to kneel down and keep thinking that question." Taking control of the cim bucket, Tia held it at a downward angle towards Norah and gently agitated it, in hope to get just one stick to slip out onto the floor.
