Know where you've been to determine where you're going, that's what Janelle always heard.

Trouble. Trouble was fun? Yeah it probably was. Janelle gave Zeke a conspriatoral look. It would be fun to get into a little trouble every now and then. She was about to say as much, when reality hit. Janelle was not lacking in the spunk department. She enjoyed having fun just as much as the next kid.........but.........she was a Ravenclaw and that meant she wasn't stupid. She knew that if she got into trouble, she would have to face the wrath of Russell Guidry and that would not be good. Who was she kidding, she was a rule follower through and through. "If you say so. I'll take your word for it."

Just about recovered from her fit of laughter, more hilarity followed. Janelle was completely caught off guard when Zeke jumped onto the table and did a reprise of his Professor Flamsteed impersonation. At first, she was startled and afraid that he would get into major trouble for his act. However, when he held up the baked potato Pebbles, Janelle lost it. She was laughing so hard that she couldn't breathe. Gasping for breath, she said, "Zeke......... you.......are........crazy! Pebbles........and her........family. " That was hilarious. Janelle followed Zeke's eyes to the staff table, hoping against hope that Flamsteed was not there. Thankfully, he got down and took his seat again. Regaining her composure, Janelle whispered, "You're right, being bad can be fun." She just hoped that there were no consequences for his impromptu show.

It was true, what she said... learning styles and things, they all had their own. What his was regarding HoM was still a mystery to him, but he was trying. "I'll take your word for it," he decided, though how he was supposed to apply things that he didn't think were relevant was beyond him. It was easy to feel lost with the subject. If only it was like Charms or Potions, where A + B = C. Oh well.

He placed his fork on his plate, he wouldn't be needing it any longer, especially not with the look Janelle was giving him. Was it just him? Or did she look tempted by his proposition? But then no, she didn't seem as responsive to the idea as he thought. "You should, I wouldn't lie to you." He smirked a little, contemplating how she might respond if he kidnapped her and dragged her into one of his adventures with Amur. It was always hard bringing in third parties, he found that few could keep up with them... it was probably best for everyone else that way.

As much as he disliked performing, taking on the role of Professor Flamsteed was fairly easy... the man was easy to impersonate - in his opinion - as well as fun. One of the first things he admired about his Head of House was the man's ability to jump on tables and just BE present. Very present. Too present sometimes. But perhaps the best part about performing for the Ravenclaw, was seeing her laugh. It suited her.

Crazy? Yes he was... just a little. Grinning, he plopped potato!pebbles down right beside her plate, turning it so it's eyes were staring her way. "Oh you haven't seen anything yet," he assured her, whispering back. His hazel eyes scanned the staff table again it looked as though he was in the clear for now. Though word of his outburst had the potential to reach his Head of House's ears.
