Um right well. Uh. That face. Zander wasn't really sure what kind of reaction he was expecting, but he didn't exactly expect silence... See, uh, Flamsteed wasn't really known to do that very often. And it probably wasn't a good sign. Zander especially thought so once he saw the jotting of notes taking place. Definitely not a good sign.

He was almost five hundred percent sure ~~which to be fair, didn't happen often~~ that Professor Flamsteed decided right then and there that his Head Boy was a total let down.

But when his Head of House started speaking again, Zander lifted his head to make eye contact once more. "Oh well," he slowly raised his hand to the back of his neck, shifting a little uncomfortably in his seat whilst he did so. Couldn't sit still. "I'm not really sure... I just don't think school is my... setting?" Again, he looked away. "But who knows, maybe after a break... I'll decide I want to go back?" Uh. That part he wasn't all that sure of and it was most definitely clear in his voice.

See, even if he did decide to go back... Where would he start?
