He let the blanket fall open and spread it over the grass before patting on it for her to sit. Now, the lemonade..

Tori was surprised Paulie hadn't figured that out. But maybe it was because he was her guy BFF, and guys were more sensitive about competition and whatever. Tori just knew girls didn't like to share. "I guessssssss that's true. I mean, not all Aurors are buff, and not all radio news guys are total geeks. I guessssssss." She might need to give Paulie's ~~bum~~ arm a squeeze just to check his geekiness. Hehe.

So, that was settled! "Good." Tori beamed at him, then at his daaaaaaangerous bag, then back to him. He WAS prepared. "Merlin! If you weren't a wizard and a knight, I might call you a Boy Scout." SO much more prepared than the first time they'd been dating. Look at that, how smooth that blanket-unfurl was. Heh. She took a small step back from him but caught his hand, using it as a support as she sank gently to the blanket. Had to be lady-like and princess-like and all, in this outfit.

"Be careful. This fur is terribly difficult to clean." Hehe. Tori did not fancy getting lemonade all over her already. She wiggled her eyebrow at Paulie, curious to see what else he had in the bag.
