Coming down from the dorms or entering the common room after answering one of the bronze knockers famous riddles on this particular evening at the beginning of summer you'll see that the common room is decorated for a party, otherwise the furniture is the same as always with sofas and comfy chairs and tables and desks throughout.

In front of the announcement board Regan Penrose and Sophie Brown can be seen struggling to lift and fasten a big impervioused candy piņata to the announcement board so that it deftly blocks all other class, homework and general notices from view for the nights festivities. The candy will not come out easily you'll need to cast numerous spells on it to get to the honeydukes candy treasure trove.
One of the bigger common room tables have been transformed into food banquet with a wide variety of food and beverages to appease all tastes with lots of vegan options for those looking for something healthy. Food range from pies to fish and chips to sweet tart desserts.
