Meditation exercise out of the way, Paulina giggled at Professor Myer's little joke. It was time to start the lesson and she was excited to work with these trees. She had HEARD about them, but never imagined that she would ever see on - let alone in a greenhouse.
Tempted to touch one, Paulina listened as he explained a bit about them to the class. She herself had no problem working with dirt but she could understand why some of her classmates might. Manure was another turn off for a lot of people, though she had gotten used to the smell a while ago.
After thinking for a moment, Paulina raised her hand. "Well, air and sunlight wouldn't really be an issue since they can still get those no problem. Same with water so long as it rains or someone sprinkles them with a hose or something." Well, it WAS possible. She was just saying. "As far as nutrients go, I'm thinking along the same lines as Adi. Could they possibly be sprayed with nutrients and minerals so that they can be absorbed?"
