He held her like that a moment longer before loosening his grip and slowly but gently nudging her backward so that she was against the balcony's edge, his hands then leaning on it either side of her. She was technically cornered, trapped, which was right where he wanted her. "So," he started, leaning in to plant a kiss on her cheek, "what do I have to do," and a kiss on the other side, "to get you to trust me again?" Hmm? An answer would be great, otherwise he was more than happy to keep her here for as long as he felt like it. Maggie complied immediately when he made her move backwards until she could feel her back reaching the edge of the balcony. What was he doing? She watched him curiously, an intrigued smirk playing around her lips. "Keeping me hostage again?" She commented softly. He was into that wasn't he? Well, she certainly didn't mind it either.
Zeke's question was a loaded one and Maggie wasn't quite sure how to answer it. Like, if she knew she would've told him already. By now him still trying to make it up to her had lost its appeal somehow. Especially once she'd realized how it affected her. So no, she didn't really have a solution yet.
Also the kisses were quite distracting did he know?
Giggling lightly she reached up to run her fingers through his hair. "I don't know." Maggie replied truthfully. "But what you're doing right now's a pretty good start.' See, she could be cheeky too. |
