When the Grey Lady deemed that it was time to start the lesson she cleared her throat to get the student's attention as she floated a little closer to the first row of desks and she let her voice rung out through the room a small smile pursing her lips. "Welcome back everyone! Today's lesson is going to be about ghosts." Adjusting her dress and placing her transparent hands in her lap, Professor Helena continued her pale green eyes flowing over the assembled students. "Before we dig deeper into the subject of ghosts can someone please tell me what the definition of a ghost is in their own words? And also what the difference is between a ghost and a poltergeist." It was prudent to get everyone on the same page from the start. It made the whole lesson easier.
Wise course of action, sensible wizard... why yes, yes he was. Zeke remained seated, looking pleased with himself. Perhaps HoM wouldn't be so bad after all.

Opening his notebook up to a fresh page - which wasn't hard, considering it was empty from having skipped the class until now - he dated the corner and waited for the lesson to begin. His page would need a title.

As the lesson DID begin, he was instantly confused.

Ghosts.

The topic of the lesson was ghosts.

Zeke raised his hand, not to answer the question that followed, but more to clarify what the emphasis of the lesson was. "Professor, when you say the topic is ghosts, could you elaborate on that? Is there an event? The first ghost? ..." just WHAT historically was he supposed to learn? How was this 'historical'?

Though, granted, he hadn't given her much of an opportunity to get the lesson underway, but he was never very good at being patient. Whoops? It wasn't as if he could participate in conversation of the topic all that well anyway, he hadn't bothered to KNOW a definition of the two until now.
