Experienced group Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite He was ready to get flying, that was easy enough to tell so the moment he was given the go ahead, Blaise was up in the air. It FELT a lot like when his father took him flying only he found himself trying to get used to the feeling. In some ways it was like riding his bike; getting the balance was most of the work.
As he flew upward, he felt a sudden wind rush by next to him and it was only then that he knew he'd been passed by a bludger. "Holy kneazle!" That could have been him! That could have been his face! That would have been painful! The boy watched it fly off in search of another victim, happy enough it had gotten away from him so he could focus on less hostile things that didn't make his life flash before his eyes.
Having never seen a goal post up close, he flew right over to it, circling it once...twice....another time slowly taking in it's features. It must have been hard getting a quaffle through one of these while you were still trying to get the hang of flying but Chasers were good at what they did and Keepers had to be too otherwise they'd never stop a single one of them. It was all really neat.
OH HEY THERE WAS OLLY WAVING AT HIM. Blaise grinned widely at his friend, taking the chance to raise one hand from his broom and wave back. See? Nothing to it. Why on earth would he let himself get stuck with beginners when this wasn't all that hard?
The boy looped around the hoop once more before turning and heading toward one of several floating but stationary objects. He would attempt to weave through them like he'd seen happen before. Not being quite the accomplished flier as yet, he was prepared to take it juuuust a little slowly.
The Healer might have been here but that didn't mean he wanted to go FALLING OFF his broom.
