Hogwarts RPG Name: Norah Kittredge Seventh Year | Herbology HW 1 Post 3 Lil' gooz | Sarangel | Junior Dweeb Gloves back on and ready to ROLL. Norah plunged her hands into the compost and tried to feel something she could describe more accurately than 'squishy.' It was hard, y'know. Everything just felt the same, y'know?
Her fingers reached a layer of something sharper and she drew her hands back in surprise. Whaaaaat was that? She bent a little closer and saw a layer of wooden type stuff, like on the floors of playgrounds. The bad kinds of playgrounds, that is. Whoever thought covering a floor where kids run around was a good idea probably wasn't smart enough to be designing something as important as playgrounds. She shed her gloves and recorded that on her card.
Another attempt at digging through lead to TWO discoveries, which was kind of a miracle considering she'd been there for 38457293475 years at that point. The banana peel was easy to identify, especially 'cause it was all in piece even if it was a little (well, a lot) brown. Next came a corn cob which originally seemed like something a whole lot more gross. Corn cobs looked weird with no corn on them. She'd never really noticed before, probably because she'd always gone straight to using the cob as a sword at home before really getting a chance to inspect it. That went down on her card as well, plus a mention of the manure which she really couldn't identify. It didn't look like the knarl manure she'd used in class, but besides that the only identifying features she'd come up with were 'smelly' and 'brown.'
Norah cleaned her gloves off and bent over the card again to add the prominent nutrients form what she remembered from class. What came next, again?
