Maxon heard a voice, and it sounded like it was directed at him. He looked over to see Professor Morgan speaking to him. He gave her a small smile. "Yes ma'am. Are you?" Ever the polite boy. His parents raised him right. This had been the first duel he'd ever witnessed, being that his mother was the only other person with magic in his family, and she'd never exposed him to this kind of thing before. Duels were strange, but... Interesting, to say the least.

He was glad to see Hady had survived her own duel. He watched as she started towards the stand and had an interaction with someone he could only guess was a friend.
