Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sweet Merlin, but why next to the Forbidden Forrest? Like, Zander understood that the guy lived there and everything… But there was some HISTORY there. This was not the proper place to have a lesson. Also Zander Adair was one stubborn wizard and he wasn’t just about to change his opinion, okay?
So when they were actually asked to preform a task, the Gryffindor got up lazily, still not feeling fully committed. He did, however, go up to the pile and grab one of them long pieces of wood. So much for that making sure energies resonated or whatever. Honestly, Sir… Zander Adair could really care less at the moment. He just wanted to keep a watch on the forrest. Even with all the Professors here, he was concerned.
He muttered a quick ”Diffindo,” to shape the wood, not really caring to keep a super keen eye on it. Honestly, he just wanted this lesson to be over already. Looking towards the others, in between his glances towards the forrest, he followed everyone else in putting his wood towards the ground and holding it in place with his hand. Then with the other he pressed against it lightly. Errr… Now came the handle.
[b]”Diffindo,”[/]b he muttered again cutting two rather lopsided lines a few inches apart. Whatever, it was close enough. He just needed to get this done, honestly. Then using his wand he he tried to shave off some of the wood on either side of the stick, but… Eh. The two ends didn’t really match too well, but he figured it’d be good enough as it was. The caterpillar silk came next and he quickly tied it around the other end.
Almost done. And with his wand again, he muttered a spell ”Intaglio,” this time carving the name ‘Tim’ in the middle of the bow. ‘Tim’ because it was only three letters long making it easy to do and effective. The forrest was still silent, yeah?
