He had to think about this for a second. His job description said he couldn't say no? So... that was a yes? He beamed. BUTTTT... "Actually you can, you just wouldn't be doing your job well, there's a difference." He wouldn't be the first Professor to be dismissive.

Though he figured the answer was yes, Sabel closing the door had him questioning whether maybe now was not the time for it. But then the invitation was welcome. "Sure... uh... don't happen to have a spare coat I could borrow do you?" he asked, because he obviously wasn't prepared for a trip outside. Heating charms could only do so much, and summoning from the common room was all sorts of inconvenient. So here he stood, hands in pockets and rocking on the balls of his feet. Yay? Nay?
