Casting away his spells as if he were nothing, and protecting himself against his own spell with an instant "Protego" Benzi's eyes narrowed. She was definitely quicker than he'd anticipated. He was prepared for another onslaught of spells when she cast Fumos instead effectively making them both invisible. This meant that she was up to something she didn't want him to see, and that she was probably moving about. If she wasn't, it would be a waste of a spell. The verbal taunting meant that she thought she could get the better of him.

Well. Instantly stepping to the side in case of an incoming spell, Benzi was about to tap his head with his wand when he had an idea. Under his breath, the Prefect summoned his sister's broom from the dungeons, knowing it would get to him in seconds. He kept his ears peeled for any sound of her but could hear nothing but faint steps and a swoosh as the broom entered the arena. Holding his hand out, it clasped around the broom and he quietly climbed on it. Only then did Benzi tap his own head and mumble a disillusionment charm, making him and his broom very much invisible.

Kicking off silently from the ground, he rose slowly until he was very close to the hole she'd blasted in the ceiling and hovered. There, he took deep breaths and studiously IGNORED the distance to the ground below. Stupid heights. Hated heights.

Hand gripping his broom tightly, Benzi waited for the smoke to clear out.
