Wait... what? Brooklyn was good at Potions too? How cool! Adi bounced a little more at this revelation. "Awesome! That's one of my best subjects too!'' Not that the Snakette would care about that. So... moving on! "You could be a potioneer, invent your own potions. Or maybe a potions Professor?'' There were other choices but Adi was suggesting what came to his head first. Inventing a potion was definitely one of the best things ever. This morning was just turning out way differently than Brooklyn had expected. Someone was getting way too much happiness out of the sunlight, when in her opinion it wasn’t as if Adi needed a tan. Nor was he likely to be apt to get a sunburn, like she was if she wasn’t careful. She was always careful. Sunburns were evil, they hurt and she didn’t like them. She didn’t like anything that annoyed her, therefore that was on the list. As was dealing with this conversation, probably, but somehow she hadn’t left yet.
Not even as he’d shown excitement over her saying she liked Potions. Well duh. They’d both been part of that special Potions lab a couple terms ago or whenever that was, and anyone who bothered to pay attention to her work in class should have known she was good at the subject. She liked Professor Culloden nearly as much as she’d admired Professor Bellaire, even. “I know that. But I haven’t decided if I want to actually do that forever.” Being a professor was definitely out of the question. That would be way too much work, what with grading assignments and everything. Way too annoying, plus she’d hve to deal with students. Nope. Not doing that.
