"You can count on me," he affirmed, because, that whole trust thing was still an issue, but he was confident that he was trustworthy.

He liked being close to Maggie, but it made not kissing her harder, especially when she was tracing patters on him like that. He could get used to it...

Her response was confusing though. It was a success? "Kind of," he thought aloud. "A date is great, but you didn't exactly say yes to my question." Was she changing her mind?
