Was he not meant to....? "O'course I listen to the Head Boy. He's in charge and stuff. Plus he's got a nifty badge that means people have to do what he says so if he tells me to stir up a little trouble every now and then, I think I should." But this wasn't REALLY trouble. They were meant to be practising their spells outside of class and the handbook didn't say they couldn't make things move.

What rule could anyone possibly say they were breaking?

Blaise grinned a wide dimpled sort of grin when Dante finally admitted he was right. "I want you to make it move around so it can give me a piggyback ride and I can ride off into war against......" His eyes shifted around the room. "Can you make the suit of armor over there move too?"
