There was no way she could deny that she was glad that she was done dealing with the manure. Not that Brooklyn thought anyone would have dared ask her, but she was happy that she’d gotten through it. Although she still wasn’t about to return her sweater to where it was supposed to be. No, that was staying over her nose and mouth until the lesson was over and she could go outside. Breathe the non-manure-contaminated air. Until then, the knit was staying securely as a barrier. It was actually doing a good job of filtering out most of the stench, too.

She’d taken her gloves off in order to write on the label for her crate, however. As long as she stayed away from the top of the crate, she figured she’d be safe. Plus, then she wouldn’t get any remaining ick on the label or her pen. But then, of course it had to be more complicated than just putting her name on it. Nobody got the point of making things simple anymore.

Materials used:
Twigs (carbon)
Tea bags (carbon
Orange Peels (nitrogen)
Dead flowers (nitrogen)
Knarl manure (nitrogen)

There had definitely been some checking of the notes on the board. She hadn’t remembered which ones were nitrogen and what was carbon, but somehow it looked like she’d ended up with a nearly even mix. Points for her. And she wasn’t playing dead like that little Claw boy. That was too much even for her.
