Wood things? Crates. Those were crates. And Dot was gonna fill it with dirt. And garbage, apparently. She wasn't thrilled with this plan at all. Even with her gloves on, chances were good that she'd get dirty and she'd leave class smelling like food she hadn't eaten.
She might never eat again.
Dot tugged her gloves on as tightly as possible and tucked her robe sleeves into the gloves until she was as close to protected as possible. Only then was she prepared to shovel dirt into the bottom of her crate. Most than just a bit at the bottom... and maybe more full than it should be, since that meant less garbage food stuffs on top.
