It was time for History of Magic and as Janelle reached the door, she noticed the big sign posted for the students. As she began to read, a smile crossed her face. With Professor Glendower gone, Janelle thought their days of dressing up were gone. Not so and she was very glad to be given another change to portray someone famous.

Looking through the costumes, she knew exactly who she wanted to be. Luckily, she was early and the costume she needed was there. Taking out Gryffindor robes, Janelle put them on. Then she loosened her hair and shook it out, to make it puffy and big. It was a stretch, but she was going to be Hermione Granger. Janelle had always been inspired by her. She was smart and courageous, a very good combination.

Checking herself out, Janelle felt really weird in Gryffindor robes. Oh well, she was playing a part so she'd just have to roll with it. "Hello Professor", she said, as she entered the room. Then she found an empty seat and sat down. Janelle had been so focused on getting her look together that she hadn't paid attention to her classmates. She took a moment to check out their costumes and try to guess who they were.
