Charlotte Kettleburn had to write a LETTER. Not just any letter either, like she had to write letters most days back home to her family but this was DIFFERENT. It was going to be a nice letter for the Secret Santa letter exchange which was FINE BUT THE THING WAS she maybe had NO IDEA what to write because the person she got was kind of.... well....

He was her frieeeeeeeeeend?
....Maybe? He was NICE and very polite to her and funny and smart as WELL (but not nicer or politer or funnier or smarter than her, this was important) and it was almost like there were TOO MANY nice things she could say? And also she felt sort of funny about writing things DOWN even though her name wouldn't be on it and WHY WAS THIS SO HARD?!?
It was JUST a letter.
.... it had to be PERFECT.
