BUT... this line of discussion was weird. It was perhaps a bit too girly for his liking.

At least his other thoughts were received better. Baxter, yeah, sure, she might know. Surely SOMEONE in the school would know. "A ghost or portrait might be better to ask though, they've been around longer." Just a thought. They were more likely to know the castle's secrets than anyone else, in his opinion.

Zeke watched his reflection for a moment, surrounded by opulence, it wasn't his style. How's it going with him? Well he did say life was grand, but he supposed in the light of the no gobstones thing, he had to fill his time somehow. "Been keeping busy, staying out doors, working the obstacle course, the usual..." he rattled off. And with gobstones, "You'll get used to it." He did.
