Adi stuffed his hands in his pocket, watching Olathe jump ahead of him. He grinned to himself. She was such a happy soul! But she didn't know what a Hippogriff was?
Allow the big brother to enlighten his sister!
"They're only the most AWESOME creatures ever, Olathe! Half eagle, half horse creatures. The look fierce but they're really cool. All you have to do is make sure you don't insult them and you're okay.'' Adi could already tell than ANY Hippogriff would bend their scaly knees for Olathe.
"They're big creatures but they can be gentle.''
Laughing, Adi tried to grab Olathe as she skipped around him. Not for any reason in particular. He was just making a sort of game out of the situation.
"Anything is possible! You like unicorns, Olathe?'' He tilted his head at his younger friend.
Her eyes grew the size of saucers as
Adi started to explain Hippogriffs to her.
" Ooo.." She liked eagle and horses.
" They sound amazing, I really hope we see one! Do they fly like eagles too?" Her expression turned curious.
" Why would anyone want to insult one?"
Olathe jumped out of Adi reach giggling as he grabbed at her. She gasped unicorns were real too. "Mm Hmm" she nodded.
" I've never seen on in person but all the pictures I've seen they are beautiful. Before arriving at Hogwarts she would have described them as magical but that seemed a silly way to describe something now. I liked to pretend we had a herd of unicorns that grazed in the fields near our vineyard back home" she admitted.
Oh yeah!
Adi saw that he had managed to grab Olathe's attention with the description of a Hippogriff.
"You should see one sometime in Care of Magical Creatures. You'll learn to take care of them then. You bet they do! I'll make sure you get a ride on one sometime. You'll LOVE it!'' Maybe on one of his own Griffs someday?
"Because they're silly enough to do it. Stubborn and silly.''
Hehe. Another giggly little sister he had found himself. Adi playfully lunged for her again as she dodged his grasp.
"You should be learning about those too in CoMC classes.'' Olathe and her love for unicorns were reminding him of AJ. Surely this little Puffer would like to visit his Hippogriff and Unicorn farm someday. Actually, he would see to it that she did.
"How many unicorns did you have?'' he asked, playing along because he knew Olathe said she pretended.
"Who takes care of them while you're away?''
