THIS WAS EXHILARATING.
SO EXHILARATING. Riley watched as the teams got closer and closer. "GO TEAM," she cheered repeatedly, bouncing with excitement. Wouldn't it just be wonderful if they WON? She believed in her fellow Ravenclaws soooo much and hoped that they would. "GOOOOOOOOO TEAM." Woot woot.
"COME ON MILO," she squealed, he was so close but ..... was he cRYING? "MILO, YOU'RE FAB, YOU GOT THIS, WOOOOOOOOOO." He had ALL THE SUPPORT, Y'SEE? SDFTYHJMNBV. "GO MILO, GO MILO, GO, GO, GO MILO." See, he even got his own cheer kinda. OH OH OHHHHH
HERE HE WAS. Gah.
She was --- "I'VE GOT THIS," she assured him in a, um, not so indoor voice. She took over from him, watching the finish line draw closer and closer. Riley could SEE other houses in front but that didn't mean ANYTHING. They could DO THIS. All she had to do was hang on and ...... and unanimate the LEAVES OF DOOM (not really) ......... a problem for later, she decided.
ALMOST THERE. A few more beats of it's wings aaaaaaaaaaaand she was pAST THE FINISH LINE
........ but she COULDN'T STOP.
"HEEEEEEEEEEELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEE, PLEASE."
"Also gO RAVECLAW!"
In a spur of the moment decision, Riley went for the dive roll off her trusty eagle. Desperately, she waved her wand at the still animated topiary and yelled "STOP" before trying other words. Not working.
