This firstie appeared to know what she was doing as she prepared them both mugs of hot chocolate. Hady didn't need to do anything at all so she watched her to see how she made it. Some people made cocoa differently. "Alright then." If she was fine doing it herself she wouldn't get in her way. "Thanks," she grinned at Ava accepting her mug of cocoa carefully adding just a little bit of cream, a small marshmallow or two and dropping in a candy cane. That she'd allow to melt on it's own.

Hearing Ava's comment made her smile just a bit. Turning her attention towards the other girl she watched her give it a go. Only it hadn't worked out so well for the young Gryffindor. Hmm.

"That's alright. Give it another go but this time try the point and flick while saying the incantation." Timing was everything with transfiguration. Timing, focus and intent. "Like this," Hady took a spoon this time and with a point and flick of her wand to the right which reciting, "Scribblifors!" they soon had another quill.

"Go on and try now. Just remember focus and intent."

Glad that she decided to make more of hot chocolate since she thought that Hady would some too. Well, who could refuse a sweet creamy hot chocolate in a weather like this? Maybe Candice Messer because she didn't eat any sugary things. Ava then grabbed two cups and cleaned it with scouring charm. "Nope, thanks. I can do it by myself." Even though she's still eleven years old, but she often make a hot chocolate by herself when she was home. It didn't take a long time and two cups of hot chocolate were ready! "Here it is! Feel free to add more sugar or cream or marshmallow or candy cane." She also prepared the toppings and took some marshmallow for herself. She watched the Slytherin practice the scribblifors by using the butter knife while enjoying her hot chocolate. Hady could do it just in one try! "Wow..." She couldn't help but make a comment.
