He didn't have to look long, because the second he saw Kaycee his mind was made up.

Kaycee looked up with a slight amused smirk. "You're grinning." she commented. Of course, Kaycee knew why. In fact, she assumed that Maggie ran up the stairs immediately after to tell her.

"So, tell me how it happened. Maggie is terrible with stories." Like really terrible. Like skip to the last sentence of the story terrible. It didn't make for very long conversations.

She stabbed a potato and munched on it. Tellllll thingggggssss. She wanted to know all the details.
