Benny wasn't sure what Adi was meaning about a way to cheat the game. It didn't seem like either of them was going to win this time around, especially as the badger made a move to block his next chance of winning. They apparently knew each other too well to not anticipate what was coming, or not to notice the patterns that the other was making enough to have their friend be able to get a win past the other.
And yes...his own option was rather clear.
Even without Adi drawing attention to it. He meerly moved his quill to the upper right-hand corner of the board and wrote out the 'o' he was putting there to stop his friend's line of x's. "So I guess its a draw then?" Was there ever a real winner in this game?
There was just one grid left now and obviously Adi moved to fill it with an X.
"Ding! Ding! Ding! We have NO winner,'' he announced.
"A draw sounds about right.'' He lowered his voice now to whisper something only Benny could hear.
"This game sucks. I never liked it.'' He hoped whatever Tanner had planned next would be much more interesting.
He moved on to set up another grid.
"I reckon we still have some time left to play. You go first now and you can have Xs if you like.'' Wasn't he the ever considerate bestie? Haha.
